This document outlines the service agreement between Crystal Clear Cleaning Services Ltd and its esteemed clients, covering aspects like service scope, payment, cancellations, and liability, protecting both parties and ensuring clarity in every transaction.
1. Service Agreement
Crystal Clear Cleaning Services Ltd offers bespoke cleaning solutions across Rotherham, designed to meet the precise needs of residential, commercial, and specialist sectors. All services are quoted and agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. Our quotations are based on the information provided by the client and may be subject to adjustment if the actual conditions differ significantly. Acceptance of our quotation implies acceptance of these terms and forms a binding cleaning contract. We offer both one-time deep cleans and recurring service agreements, each meticulously detailed in your personalized service agreement, outlining frequency, scope, and specific requirements.
2. Payments & Cancellations
Our payment terms are structured for convenience and transparency. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. For one-off cleans, full payment is typically due upon completion of services. For recurring services, invoicing will occur on a pre-agreed schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), with payment expected within 7 days of invoice receipt. Timely payment is essential for maintaining seamless service delivery. All payment terms will be clearly stated in your service agreement.
We understand plans can change. For cancellations or rescheduling of any service, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the planned service cost. In cases of no-show by the client or refusal of entry without prior notice, the full service cost may be charged. We aim for flexibility and kindly request prompt communication for any adjustments to your booking.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure our team can deliver the exceptional standard of cleaning you expect, we kindly request clients to fulfil certain responsibilities:

Property Access: Grant our cleaning professionals timely and safe access to the property at the agreed-upon service time.

Safe Working Environment: Ensure the premises are safe for our staff, free from hazardous materials, and that any potential risks are communicated prior to service.

Securing Valuables: Remove or secure any items of high monetary or sentimental value, and ensure pets are safely contained during the cleaning process.

Clear Communication: Communicate any specific instructions, preferences, or concerns before the service commences.
4. Liability & Satisfaction Guarantee
Crystal Clear Cleaning Services Ltd is fully insured, providing peace of mind against accidental damage during our service. Our team exercises the utmost care with your property and belongings. In the unlikely event of breakage or damage, we operate a transparent claims process. Any such incidents must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence, to allow for prompt investigation and resolution. We will review the claim and act accordingly, adhering to the terms of our insurance policy.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a specific aspect of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We promise to re-clean the specific area(s) of concern at no additional charge. This satisfaction guarantee is contingent on the reported issue being within the agreed-upon scope of work and reported within the specified timeframe.
